Newborn sessions are best done when your baby is between 6 and 20 days old, when they’re naturally sleepier and most comfortable being wrapped or gently posed.

All sessions take place in the comfort of your home, so your baby stays relaxed and you can enjoy the experience without rushing.

I bring all props, wraps, accessories, and my professional lighting, and I create each setup in your home, adapting everything to your space and using natural light whenever possible.

My style is warm, minimal, with soft boho touches and neutral tones, focused on creating calm, timeless images where your baby is always the center.

Every detail is prepared with intention, so your final gallery feels genuine, tender, and full of love—beautiful memories for years to come.

Newborn Baby Wrapping

As in life, siblings cannot be replaced, but we can receive guests for $40 each

Regarding schedule

The ideal time for a photo session is when infants are within 20 days old.

The younger the baby, the more naturally they pose like they are still in the womb.

Capturing them when they are in a deep sleep allows me to create the whichever pose fits your preferred style.

With a little planning, your family can relax and enjoy the session.

I recommend you contact me at the beginning of your third trimester to reserve your spot.

At this time you will communicate your due date and I’ll answer any questions you have.

Then, once your precious baby or babies are born, please share the exciting news with your photographer to lock in the exact date for your session.

At this time I’ll send you a form to fill out about your new bundle of joy.

Regarding Planning and Style

We will plan the photo shoot right after you book the newborn session.

We will discuss whether or not this is your newborn only or if family will be included.

We will also review and confirm the style you prefer for the session. I have many props and accessories.

If you have any particular items that you want me to include, please let me know.

If the family prefers to be included in the photos, we will discuss attire preferences for the session so that everyone one is looking their best.

 

Important

It is important to know that these sessions will last approximately 2 – 3 hours.

To be prepared for fussy moments, you’ll want to have a few items with you – a pacifier, a bottle of formula/breast milk, a few clean diapers and a swaddling blanket.

Babies can feel their mama’s stress or tension, so if you’re calm, your infant may relax too.

Your photographer knows what they’re doing, let them run the session. Consider this a much-needed break for you.
